Sue Ellen Scrogin, Esq., Executive Director
 

Since 1990, Sue Ellen Scrogin has worked as a practicing family law attorney in the Worcester Probate & Family Court and the Worcester Juvenile Court. Previous work experience includes classroom teaching, career counseling, and work in social service agencies. She has an M.Ed in Counseling from  Northeastern  University and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law. Ms. Scrogin served as CASA Director from 1986 - 1990 and rejoined CASA in 2006 as Executive Director.  sscrogin@thecasaproject.org

 

Elizabeth Johnson Tsang,  Community Resources Coordinator
 
Elizabeth Tsang, a graduate of the  University of  California at  Berkeley, received her Masters Degree in English and Linguistics from  Clark University. Elizabeth was English Department Chair at  Bancroft  School for twenty six years and is an educational consultant for the College Board. Elizabeth joined CASA in 2006.  etsang@thecasaproject.org

 

Lynn Tesconi,  Case Manager
 
Lynn Tesconi graduated from  Providence  College with a B.S. in Special Education and Health Administration.   She earned a Masters Degree in Counseling from Fitchburg State College and teaches Psychology part-time at  Mt.  Wachusett  Community College. Lynn joined the CASA staff in April 2001 and she currently manages the case supervisors.
 

 

Monica Blessington Case Supervisor
 
Monica Blessington graduated from  Cal  State  University –  Sonoma and has a Masters Degree in Early Education from Framingham State College.  She studied and lived in Brazil for several years and has extensive experience in management and business. Monica, an experienced CASA  volunteer, joined the CASA staff in 2007.   Monica primarily supervises cases in the Leominister and Fitchburg Juvenile Courts as well as Worcester Juvenile Court.  mblessington@thecasaproject.org
 
Susan Gamache,  Case Supervisor
 
Sue Gamache graduated from  Nichols  College with a BS in Business Administration. She comes from a background in administration, communications and personnel work, and became a CASA  volunteer in 2003. She joined the CASA staff in 2007 and supervises cases in the Worcester Juvenile Court.  sgamache@thecasaproject.org
 
Elizabeth Lerner,  Case Supervisor
 
Liz Lerner is a graduate of  Stonehill  College with a BA in Public Administration.  Liz was a Program Analyst for the U.S. Dept. of Defense for nearly 14 years. A former CASA volunteer, Liz joined the CASA staff in 2008.  Liz supervises cases in the Milford and Dudley Juvenile Courts as well as some cases in the Worcester Juvenile Court.

Kara Milotte, Case Supervisor
 

Kara Milotte recently left the CASA Project to begin a  Master's Degree program in Social Work at Boston College.  We wish Kara the best of luck and thank her for great service to the children of Worcester County.
